The short version: we collect what we need to send you a shirt and nothing we'd be embarrassed to explain. Here's the detail.
Who we are
The Aimito is operated by LumiVerse, based in Zagreb, Croatia. We are the data controller for the information described here. Questions? Email hello@theaimito.com.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address, and what you bought, so we can make and deliver it.
- Account info — your email and a hashed password, if you create an account.
- Payment — handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and the last digits, never your full card number.
- Basic usage data — the minimum needed to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order, provide support, send order-related email, meet our legal and tax obligations, and prevent fraud. We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to fulfil your order: our print & shipping provider (Printful), our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider. Each handles your data under their own agreements and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for the order and for legal and accounting requirements. Account data stays until you delete your account.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and request a copy of it. Email hello@theaimito.com and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and your cart and checkout working. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
