By ordering from The Aimitoyou agree to these terms. We've kept them readable on purpose.
Who you're buying from
The Aimito is operated by LumiVerse, Zagreb, Croatia. These terms cover your use of the site and any order you place.
Orders & pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm it by email. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and include applicable taxes where required. We may correct obvious pricing errors and, if we do, we'll tell you before charging and let you cancel.
Made to order
Products are printed on demand through Printful after you order. Because printing is per-order, slight variations in colour and placement are normal and not defects. Timings are covered on the shipping page.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide. We never store full card details.
Returns & refunds
Your rights around damaged items, wrong sizes, and the EU right of withdrawal are set out on the returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The designs, artwork, and branding on this site belong to LumiVerse and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt, not the rights to the artwork.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to break security, no fraudulent orders. We may refuse or cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
Liability
We provide the site and products with reasonable care, but to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
