If it's not right

We want you wearing the shirt, not fighting a policy. Here's the plain-English version.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, that's our mistake and we fix it for free. Email a photo to hello@theaimito.com within 30 daysof delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund β€” you keep the flawed one.

Wrong size or changed your mind

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 14 daysof delivery. Start it by emailing us β€” we'll confirm the return address. Return shipping for a change of mind is covered by you; once the item is back and checked, we refund the item price.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original Stripe payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving the claim. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

EU right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer law. This sits alongside the policy above β€” whichever gives you more, you get.

What we can't take back

Worn, washed, or altered items, and anything returned without contacting us first, can't be refunded. When in doubt, email before you ship anything back.
